I have always used this site as i find it very informative. I have a 1969 camaro RS with a 94 lt1 coverted to carb with the gm dual plane manifold, stock HIE with MSD coil and an edebrock 750 carb. The motor is standard bore with true flat tops with coated skirts. The cam is a TPiS ZZ9 cam with 212/226 .483/.520 on a 112 the heads are stock valve with mild port and 1.5 RRs The exhast is 13/4 hooker super comps and flowmaster 21/2 complete system. The drive train is a 4400 local converter th350 373s 12 bolt and hosier 26 11.5 QTPs. Last year the car yanked the front wheels and ran 11.37 at 119.8 with a 425 rrhp 478 rrtq 406 sb. this year i hope to be in the high 11s low 12s. I have only had 3 street races so far a 12.20 bb chevelle a 12.30 2002 h/c z06 and a 468 1978 camaro.won all three races by at least 3 cars . but as we all know the street and the track are to different things. PS i think i blew a head gasget on the last race will have to take it apart to find out , if it is i will have to go with a thiker gasget as i have 215 cranking compression.

I have a 94 truck with a 92 LT1. Going to the track tonight for the first time after installing the Accel TBI DFI with a regular ol' HEI. No more OPTICRAP for me!! It is bone stock and heavy-has run like 9.60 in the 1/8th before-hoping maybe the carb intake will make more torque.

With that price it should be no problem, as I know that it is very well taken care of and you have spent alot of money on it.

I never really noticed this forum before today.. I usually read the drivetrain, forced induction and Drag Race forums and that's about it.. I didn't know we had this big of an LT1 showing on LS1tech.com <img border="0" title="" alt="[Smile]" src="gr_stretch.gif" /> <img border="0" alt="[cheers]" title="" src="graemlins/gr_cheers.gif" /> <img border="0" alt="[chug]" title="" src="graemlins/gr_chug.gif" />

This website has the potential to be alot more than just LS1 stuff. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Big Grin]" src="gr_grin.gif" /> <img border="0" alt="[judgement]" title="" src="graemlins/gr_judge.gif" />
