they will be if you are screwing around and get pulled over

 

I mounted my 3" cutout behind the passenger seat i leave it open all the times its loud sounds awsome and ive never been pulled over for excessive exhaust!

 

So you only have 1 cutout? What is the benefit of having 2...Is it that much louder?

 

Not louder but if you run true duals or something you don't want 1 unrestricted bank and 1 bank going through the muffler.

 

You're only going to need two if you run true duals. for you F-body guys you can run your headers into a y PIPE and then put the cutout in there

Great thanks buffman! I'm going to be ordering mine today. I was going to go with DMH and read some pretty good stuff about them. Also read alot about QTP. I'm guessing you're either all for one or the other. Any suggestions on which?
