I re-dynoed my car with some AFR 195's (ported to 215cc's by Greg LaPlant)

566rwhp @5,800

554rwtq @4,700

on 93 octane

Mods in sig except I had the Catalitic converter installed when I dyno'ed. Not too bad for no tuning, stock heads, homemade CAI, and shorty's.

355 solid roller lt1 head. 428 hp/ 408 tq. This was through a moser 9" and 4.57 gears with a 6 speed.

Looks like we have some strong cars in here

Give me a set of 15* heads, an aluminum block, and over 400ci and 8s Naturally Aspirated are possible....... <img border="0" title="" alt="[Wink]" src="gr_images/icons/wink.gif" />

Like others noted George went 9.0s grossly overweight, and with 23* heads. He may even be an extreme example, but several others have made comparable passes with a less "exotic combo" so to speak.

I've got a 396 solid roller. GTP stage IV LT1 castings (297/206cfm). Big cam and 12.3:1 c/r. Expect +/- 500rwhp n/a.
