Default so where can i post the what would posts

no matter where i put it, it gets blocked, where can i put a hypothetical question to be answered by the many? Whats the point in blocking the thread anyway. I was wondering how i would do an ls1, i wanted to ask some lt1 guys, and my thread gets closed, whats the deal.
