I have a friend with a 2000 z28 a4, hooker catback exhaust is his only mod. he wants to race, i said ok, but my 93 Z28 a4 has only a flowmaster muffler, a hi flo cat, and all my fluids changed to royal purple,and zr1 fusion tires. Thats what he knows. But in the next week or so i will have a k&n fipk, shiftkit w/ tranny cooler, air foil, and tb bypass, cutout. How do you think it will go for me. I have 273s, he has 3 23, and cheap tires. We are going to do a 0-100mph run, and a 50 roll, what do you think my chances are

K&N FIPK
air foil
tb bypass
flowmaster muffler
hi flo cat
cutout
shift kit
tranny cooler
273 gears
all royal purple fluids
app 50 lb weight reduction

You will loose both races, the 0-100 will be closer then the 50 roll.

serious man.... 0-50 lt1 will hold its own against a ls1 but after that if you don't have some good mods than your screwed ls1 has more power...... there is no way with your mods your doing your going to be at 335rwhp

i was pretty pleased with my 93 when it was an a4... with a CAI only it ran 8.69 in the 1/8 on street tires... i thought that was pretty damn good... granted it was winter time also...

hey buddy don't mean to rain on you...but you will lose...now up to 50mph you will hold your own but from there it's all down hill...just speaking from former experence
