streetability of a carb-style intake?
If you can keep the stock style throttle body (58mm) by using a custom elbow like www.intakeelbows.com, then you will be fine.
like i said before u should be fine... alot of big motor LT1 guys c that the stock style LT1 manifold begin to choke the motor... all u r doing is balancing the air flow in all cylinders and forcing the heads to breath. I have heard that the power gain is tremendous over stock style LT1 intake. like Tony said run the stock fuel injection set up and u should be fine.
