Default Speaking of hoods...

Does anybody know a manf that makes a 6" cowl induction hood for 93-97 Camaro's? I've yet to find one. Most of the big names will custom make them but that adds to cost which makes me

i saw a company that makes 6" cowl hoods for 4th gen camaros a little while ago. ill see if i can find it again for you today.

wish somebody would make off the shelf 4-6" cowls for the firebirds other than the ram air stuff . just a simple custom 4" cowl hood from VFN is $220 more than a normal flat hood

Yea, I'm very familiar with those guys and I'd like that to be the complete LAST resort. Their stuff is pure junk.

I'm pretty sure that Glasstek can make a 6" cowl. Give 'em a call at 630-978-9897 They are located in Naperville, IL.

Guys, I know VFN and Glasstek will both make me a hood as I've already contacted them. But right at 600 bones just seems a bit ricidulous to me. I also am not a big fan of the company that Glasstek uses to ship their stuff.
