who makes a performance timming chain for a lt1 that does not cost a arm and a leg. i know GM wmakes one but it is nearly 300.00. i need input on this. thank u. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Confused]" src="images/icons/confused.gif" />

 

get a Cloyes double roller #9-3145. its only $70 and better than the LT4 extreme chain that GM makes. to use the cloyes chain you have to use an electric waterpump. the CSI pump is only $135. so.. for $205 you can have a better chain and also the benefits of an electric pump <img border="0" title="" alt="[Wink]" src="gr_images/icons/wink.gif" />

 

i did the same thing. only i got the mezeire pump. Brian at Madman Racing told me to use the mezeire pump because he has had more problems with the CSI pump. i guess you get what you pay for.
