Anyone know if the stock LT1 Water Pump Gear/Assembly will work with the LT4 Timing Set?

It comes with another Gear, and I don't feel like taking apart and messing up the one that is already together. I was just throwing it out there if anyone has done it or if anyone else wanted to know.
