Default i got a plug problem, help me solve

my 4 plugs on the pass. side are black as can be after 20 min. drive on new plugs. And the 4 on the drivers side looks to be running lean. The car drive good still, feels like it lost a little power but still drives good, and has a little rough idle a little. What you think is the problem. I got mid headers on it so i would assume it has newer o2's but if not they got 100k on um. Could i need new o2's or what?

left one is pass. side right is driver side
both new plugs with 20min drive time on them

Is that a pic of a new plug next to that used one, or one that was on the lean side?

Hmmm... either your spark plug port holes are very dirty with carbon soot or its your injectors. Im almost sure its not a leaky intake valley or valve seal oil leak like I had because it would look like this

also, what did the plugs before them look like? You might have a leak by the headers on the pass side, giving a lean reading to that bank? or does it not work that way?

****, that is very odd....

Looks like either a dead O2, or a leak making the O2 show lean and dumping fuel.
100K in my opinion is to much on O2 sensors.

the plugs were BRAND NEW when i put them in. And ALL 4 plugs on the pass. side are black. And ALL 4 on drivers side are lean. I guess ill try new o2's and go from there.

+1 on a bad O2 sensor. That would very likely cause one bank to run richer/leaner than the other. Another thought is that you could have a vacuum leak on the lean side and the fuel trims can't compensate enough for it.

does anyone know anything about the MSD o2's? There $85 ea. as opposed to $65 ea. for OEM. Or are they just a selling gimmic.
