Angry K&N CAI=not fitting

Is there any reason my K&N CAI isnt fitting my car? The only way it will work is if i take off the radiator plastic cover that sits on top right of the radiator. And it still rubs on the ABS brake lines and the driverside top corner of the radiator.

It says in the instructions that there is some cutting that needs to be done. But im just so affraid to cut up anything.

Thanks

some times you have to pull the radiator toward the front of the car then slide it down. its useally wedges between that and the abs.

Does your car have traction control? because most aftermarket CAI's won't fit with T/C. Or at least you've got major rub problems.

hmm... you think K&N could build a quality product that fits... considering you could BUILD a custom one for half the cost. sometimes I wonder....

I didn't buy mine, but it came with it on the car, but It does make a noticable difference over stock.
