Idle issue's

Idle issue's Hi All,
Well I cleaned my MAF my opti has about 25,000 miles and I never got it wet so I don't think it's that.
But it started about a week ago it would bearly idle it runs great and strong but say when you come to a stop light it wants to dies it stays idling but bearly, then after i drive it for about 20 miles I turn it of then start back up put my AC on then its OK?
the next morning I start it to go to work and idles great but once I get there its idling bad real low rpm. its been doing that off and on and when its idling low it flucuates about 200 rpms.
any Ideals what it might be?
Its a rebuilt motor so I have alot of new parts plugs,high temp wires,
ohh the other day i was uploading a edit file I changed the shift points it did it again but this time the performance button light did not work, after I started it up again it worked.
I double checked my file and I changed nothing else but it did that before I loaded the file.
