Just curious if there are any guys out there with superchaged LT1's. How much did everything cost and where from? How much power is it putting down?

I have one one my 96 formula,vortech 6-8 lbs.I had shorty headers and slow master exhaust,which SUCKS and sounded very bad.Anyway it run like 13.70 and then with the supercharger it took a second off went 12.70.Stock rearend,gears,injectors,no tune,M6 but had BF stickys.The whole thing done installed was around $4200.00 I think

i know a bolt on LT1 M6 going 12.67, i'd stay N/A for your going for bang-4-the-buck

I have a lightly modded N/A car that runs in the 12's (before the stock posi died) and im located right near rochester, You speak with the guys at New Era Perf.?

i was talkin about 96silverram on here... he's stock internals and a t56 and two years ago went 12.67. It's only gotten faster since then. i'm sure he'll be back to tulsa soon to run again.

just comfirming it can be done without supercharging and that I probably go to the same track that he does, mine is a daily driver, AC works, full interior, valve covers and opti have never been off the motor it went 12.88 at 104 but it clunked and turned into a one wheel peel.

Stock motor w/ longtubes, no cats, 4" Mufflex catback, 42# injectors, and a used Procharger D1sc making 10psi... Put down 450rwhp 430lb-ft on a dynojet.
EVERYHING else was stock. I got the blower for $3K, Catback 450 on a GP, injectors $260, Coated Longtubes and y-pipe $500, 6 hours of dyno tuning and road tuning $450

Now Ive had a 383 built with lotsa goodies, hope to make 650+ rwhp on 15ish psi.
