Icm is this the Ignition Control Module? see i did the opti and the coil. and it still acts the same would it still be the module or would it be somthing else. it smokes alot from the exhaust and it struggles to climb rpms and when i get to about 3500 rpms it doesn' pull anymore. it idles real rough and sputters alot. would it be the Module?

It may be, go to your local Autozone or automotive store and have it tested.
The ICM is about 80 bucks at the dealer and Autozone. I happen to have one Ill let it go for $40! They can get screwed up by the heat coming off of the head. Make sure you put compound paste in between the module and the metal harness. Or space it away from the head.

well this one is new.
i know i only use AC delco.. i tried a fram oil filter and it leaked like hell, i put an AC filter in and it doesnt leak..
