Honestly, for a STOCK car I think a CSI would be ok, but if you got a cam and your car is a runner, IMO the CSI's are garbage. I think the main problem was that the bolts on the housing kept vibrating loose. Maybe CSI needs to put some kinda locktite on there or something. I was very disappointed with them. It's ashame it took me three times to learn my lesson lol

that makes me nervous now. i have cc305 in mine with a CSI unit, its not running right now, but still makes me nervous when i get it back on the road

Personally instead of spending all that time donkey dicking around with it, I'd buy a dedicated harness for it. Some problems associated with EP are not running a good wiring harness with the motor.
