How do i fix my TPS from comming up with high voltage?? I put a 58 mm TB on and I know there is something i have to do but can some one explain.
Also what should my knock retard be at, at idle??

you should have no knock retard at idle.
IIRC TPS voltage at WOT should be less than 4.8volts. What brand TB do you have? You may need to slot the mounting holes on the tps unit so you can adjust it

idle voltage is not that important, as when you turn the key on it sets whatever voltage it's at to automatically = 0% TPS. should be more than .5 usually. around .6-.7x
Now being you mentioned you have a holley it's very possible that your TB blades are opening more than they're supposed to. IE rotating past 90* from closed. look at TB blades and have someone press gas pedal all the way to the floor and make sure they're not going further than they're supposed to, otherwise you'll have to make some kind of throttle stop.
