Default Daily Progress..

This is what I got done today. I was able to leave the Station, and chill at the shop for a few hours to work on it.

If anyone is wondering why there is a piece bolted on the Acessory Bracket, I keep breaking them off. That is the second one I had, and I fixed it better.

Why do you keep breaking the bracket? Are you not running the rear strutt?

Looks good!

Yea, I took that Emblem off of a Cavalier, and polished it up.
All the Struts are in place, it just snaps. I have a new set of Plug Wires going on it. I have to pull the Pan off Tuesday to check and tac-weld the Oil Pump Screen in place.

Could be a certian vibration, could be a small stress crack. It's fixed now. Break it and build it better.

It won't move when you do it. The measurement I was told was about 1/4" from the bottom of the Oil Pan after you bolt it in. That is where the screen should set.

Nothing really. The Engine has some good stuff in it, I just have to finish it up. Then just bolt all the stuff back on, and drive it. I still have to put the finishing touches on the AC Panel that I made in the Fire Wall, and some other stuff has to be custom done. Hopefully it starts and runs.

I already got them. I was the one that has the LS1 Box on it. I have just about every bolt on externally. Inside are Eagle Forged 5.7" Rods.
This is a pic of my complete Exhaust. My Aluminum Drive Shaft and Torque Arm are behind it.

That dumps right infront of the Rear Axle. It is pretty tight under neath it. I had to do a little custom stuff to get the Lid in.

i was thinking of doing the lid conversion, instead of buying the moroso. but i had an idea of the time consuming of install, and figured 1 screw and ill have the same amount of hp gain. i have yet to put it on im waiting to get LTs.

Yea, I am hoping Tuesday. It will be late Tues, early Wed. I have to get some stuff done still, and hopefully they let me in the shop today to mess with it. It's closed to regular people on Mondays.
