I'm going to the track! I'm going to Englishtown Race track tomorrow night. I'm gonna run stock with the 315/35/17 BFG Drag Radials. I was thinking of dropping the tire pressure to 15 pounds. What do you guys think?
This block has 125,000+ miles on it and survived a blown head gasket and lots of antifreeze in the oil. Although it runs well, I know it lets out a good cloud of oil smoke when being stomped on and the rpm's get up there.

If its a Radial, do not drop it that low, this is not a slick. Although there is not much sidewall. I ran nitto's, M/T, and BFG I found mid 20's in the rear and 45 in the front. Each car will have a variation. If the PSI is too low then you will lose top end mph.
