Default lt1 block question

is there a difference in a 1986-1992 350 block, and the lt1 block? and will the top end of a 95 lt1 bolt on to a 90 350 block/bottom end?

theres a few similarities but there are a lot of differences from intake, fuel, coolant flow, firing order, ignition and exhaust ports

as for bolting on a lt1 top end, no it wont because of the reverse coolant flow of the lt1 and i may be wrong but there are i believe a few other differences along with the ignition differences.

The LT1 block is completely different from a standard 350 small block. The main differance being the provisions cast into the front of the block for the cam driven water pump. And you can bolt on the LT1 top end to a standard 350 block, the head bolt pattern is the same, and obviously the intake bolts to the heads, all you need is a reverse flow belt driven waterpump. You can buy them from summit or Jegs.
