Nittos will outlast BFG's. Both suck for racing IMO.

I loved my Nitto's until I got a stall converter which would blow the tires out from under the car when I flashed teh converter

Nittos are great as long as you dont have a high stall. although i turned a 1.6 60ft on Nittos spinning.

Grab the Mickey Thompson ET Street Radials. I'm running the 255/50/16s on my car.

They'll cost a little bit more than the Nitto 555Rs but you'll be much happier with them.

if all you have is LT and a stock A4 I wouldnt waste money on a set of MT DR's b/c they suck in the rain. Nittos are pretty good in the rain and are better for daily drivers.
