Cool, was just wondering... I'm putting in a tubular k-member and was going with the poly mounts due to their lifespan over rubber. Never really asked about the beni's of it but, sounds good.

I've had experience with solid motor mounts. Took a sum of about 10 hours. It was on a ls1, so donno how different it is for us. You will want to, if not, have to take out the headers.

I put prothane polly's in my Camaro in about 3 hours. I actually could have done it quicker but I took a few brakes to check out what was happening here. I know that there will be some unbelieveers so I will add that My a/c has been deleted and so has my air pump and I did it with Kooks LT'S.
