I need some advice on chosing an oil pan also should I get a high volume pump if so what kind. and can i use a windage tray. Also any other advice would be greatly apriciated.
I am looking to run atleast 11.1 running N/A.
You'll need to massage the pan for clearance. A ballpeen hammer works nice.

I went with
splayed 4 bolt main caps with ARP studs
eagle 4340 lightened crank
manley H beam rods w/ arp bolts
SRP 31 cc dished pistons that will get me down to 9.0:1 for boost
melling HV/HP pump
canton 7 qt pan

Stock LT-4 heads start off at 195cc so a healthy 383 can handle alot of head.
I "think" mine are around 215cc and matched up with a smallish 230 @ .050 cam provides excellent performance.
