I'd have to dig through all my notes to tell you the correct setting, but you adjust the tps by slotting the mounting holes so that you can rotate (clock) it untill you get the correct reading.

the 52 should not need adjustment, but get a voltmeter or dataloggin software to verify what it is. I ran my 58mm at 0.67 volts at idle.

idle voltage doesnt really matter. around .50-.75 ish will do. When you turn the key on, the PCM sets whatever voltage you have to = 0% TPS. It's the WOT voltage you have to watch out for. IIRC it needs to be less than 4.8 volts not to trigger TPS high voltage.

Yep just got back from digging through my stuff, WOT voltage should be at or less than 4.8volts WOT...

Its hard to set WOT voltage unless you have a buddy holding the throttle open though, so I set my low point voltage and check WOT voltage. See how much Im off and add or subtract that from my closed set point to dial it in.
What you have to watch for with aftermarket TB's is you IAC counts. If theyre off, you get into a bit of tedious work correcting it. FWIW if you IAC counts are off, you should not try to adjust them by the Throttle blade angle (i.e. setscrew) unless its really close and only needs minor adjustment.
