I'm not in the 12's but I would think...
Full Exhaust
Stall
Gears
and a real sticky tire could get you close if not there. Granted it would be like 12.999 but it's in the 12's lol.

Look at my sig and consider that is a b-body so it is a recipe for an 11 second f-body.

I would say gears, stall, tune, exhaust and intake, springs and rockers, and tires should make for a solid 12 second f-body. Even if that is just a 13.0 car after that you need every bit of it before you should think about any more serious engine work.

Easy.

-Nice Cold Air Intake with a 52/54 MM TB and Air Foil
-Headers and Catback
-160 Stat
-3000 or More Stall with Tranny Cooler
-Tune ( Madwolf, Madman @ Thunder, Madz28.com )
-Sub Frame Connectors
-Tires that Hook.
_________
**** N20... I got nothin against it, in fact I love it. But you should be able hit 12's or DAMN close w/o it.
N20 should put you into low 12's will all that stuff.

i am not full bolt on as of yet, but very close. only weight reduction is the spare tire and jack. this winter i am hoping for 12.9 with bolt ons. i dont think it will be a problem as i have added some small stuff and the car is running better then when i ran the 13.0.

but cheapest way is easily nitrous and slicks.
