BBK. Ive had 3 of them. 1 for each of my trans am's. Holleys are way over priced.

BBK's are also more accurate where the TPS bolts onto the TB. My Holley's TPS bolt holes were not in the correct position and had to pay a extra $100 to the local dealership's head mech. to figure out the problem. Needless to say I didn't get to go racing that weekend. Several of my other friends have had the same problem's with their TB's from Holley. I am really not an Edlebrock fan, but would actually recommend their TB over other's due to the fact that they already come with a TPS precalibrated to the TB. Where they buy their TB's from is the same company that manufactures them for GM.

Holleys are a bitch to get the idle right on the first try.

----->>>>TBYRNE sells them for cheaper than BBK's, so thats not right. BUT, I bought a Holley 52mm and I had nothing but problems with it. Nice looking peice, but the blades would stick before hitting the idle screw causing a high idle and incorrect shifting. It is not on the car now and eventually I will attempt to fix it, I polished the stock one up and I'm happy.

not to mention (not sure if they fixed it or not) but the holley's have problems with opening the tB blades more than they're supposed to @ WOT causing overvolt issues..

Actually, an overvolt issue is the least of that problem. I've known a Holley to over-open and stay stuck in that position. That created an 'interesting' full-throttle ride. Then another Holley owner I am familiar with lost a butterfly screw which imbedded itself in a piston. I've had no problems with my 58mm BBK.
