Congrats on the purchase. Do longtubes if you can, I still wish I had longtubes instead of shorties. Yep exhaust and intake are where they choked the LT1s in our cars, so it wouldn't take away from the vette's spotlight.

Never thought of it that way. Good point . Same with the trailblazer SS. Why do you think its rated at 395hp and not 405hp. God forbid if there is anything with more factory hp than the "vette". Dont get me wrong, i like vettes but I think they are overrated. Now the 2006 ZO6, that is a different story, lol . Those are just ****** fast.

Hey guys, i really want to thank you for all of the suggestions you have been giving me. Like i said i came from the import world, and know every piece of nonsense there is to know about them. Im so glad that i have a camaro and can afford to fix it up. But yeah i hope this car is gonna be nice when im done with it. Im starting on it tuesday. Its gonna be a street strip car. I already have a whole new front clip on the way. Headers, CAI, New heads, cam. I hope it turns out okay. But please if you guys have anymore suggestions please keep this thread going. thanks again.
