Hey, that's me you're talking about!

Seriously, I like a big head, small cam combo for the street. I pull 13 inches of vacuum at 850 rpm, pull a 1.54 60 with only a 2800 stall, and shift at 6500 rpm. I like to think the heads extend the rpm range of the small cam.

Then again, I could be wrong.

Of course the Boss 302 is an extreme example of TOO MUCH head.

Default Quick FYI....

Someone alerted me to this thread...

You guys need to consider/look into our completely new "Eliminator" 23' SBC line which will soon be available in "LT" trim as well (we have been currently shipping our street 180 and 195 conventional heads with phenominal independent results from a few of our distribitors / installers).

Efficiency numbers approaching the Gen III stuff in light of the fact they are still bolt on style 23' castings (obviously the Gen III heads have a superior 15' valve angle).

Our 195 Comp goes 300 CFM @ .600 lift!.....unheard of in a port that actual finished size (196 cc's to be exact). All the new Eliminator heads have lighter 8 mm valves, much lighter springs and retainers, all the good hardware once again carried over from our very popular and very successful LS1 product line.

Here are a few links you may be interested in....

Note the current flow charts on our website have NOT been updated yet....as soon as we do (hopefully shortly) I will post some of the flow data or at least links to the proper information. Our STREET 195 now flows more than our former competition 195.....a bargain at less than $1500 for a FULL CNC ported head (not partially CNC ported). Our upcoming 210 head outflows our former 227 head and does it at .100 of valvelift sooner which makes the head that much more effective (310 CFM as early as .600 lift).

These are the most efficient 23' heads I have ever tested (and obviously had a hand in the lengthy design phase of this very time consuming project).

More articles concerning the new product will be hitting the news stand shortly...

Thanks Guys....

Bob,
Will do. I would like to add just heads and cam to it this year. Still running good with the Ed Wright tune in it. Thanks Ed.
