^^^ +1 If anything, get on him for not searching.

There are quite a few different thread in here that talk about and have lots of pictures of true duals on the LT1s. Do a search.

I've been debating for a long time on whether to do this or not. You seem to say its a waste. What would you suggest?

it largely depends on how much power you are putting down, most of the time a good flowing catback will work, a 4" catback can flow crazy amounts

It is a waste.

Heavy *** piping with hangers, flanges, mufflers, turndowns....

Just run a small extension off your headers and then muffle it and your done.

I am biased though.

Tony.

I run a 3in y-pipe into a singal 4in muff. Even with the entire exhaust on I went 10.oh spinning past the tree to a 1.48 60ft. Only reason I took the rear section off is I wanted a 9

Right now I am thinking about replacing the SLP Duel Duel with a loud Mouth and a 4in Cut out

I don't see where on bolt on car or mild modded car it's worth the money to go true duals.Everything has to be custom built and then it interfers with ground clearance.

The single pipe system will support quit abit of horsepower, and exhaust companys are offering good cat back systems.
