ah c'mon Tony you know me better than that. Word is the LS7's have some issues with their sleeves. I'd consider a "from-scratch" built up 427 maybe. I honestly don't care what base it is, I just like how I do at the end of the 1/4 mile....I live my life a 1/4 pounder at a time...or sumtin....and stuff Last edited by BRETTINATOR; 12-15-2006 at 10:23 AM.

Whats nice is that you can buy the LSX aftermarket block from GM soon capable of up to 487 cubic inches , top it off with the new GMPP heads that flow stupid amouns for 400$ assembeld (each).
Makes me want to swap one into my 97 (like the looks of the LT1 cars much better).

What I think is funny is that on of the advertising banners is a white lt1 with the site name above it. Why call it LSXtv.com if it's gonna cover all late model versions?

We are a dying breed... but then again that will make LT1s more unique, since how i would have to take a guess and say there are more LSx's out there then LT1s.
