When was the last time you changed your O2 Sensors? How new are your spark plug wires? Have you checked all of your plug wires for burns? How new are the plugs? Were they gapped/installed correctly?

o2 sensors are brand new, less than 100 miles, plugs less than 100 miles, they were boshe, i here b ad things about them, and the plug wires all looked ok, saw no burns, it only does it after its warmed up, when its cold it runs perfect

My buddy has a 96 that's doing the exact same thing. Possibly Opti? If so, where is the best to buy everything needed to fix it?

my brothers did the same thing when his opti failed due to a failed water pump. He has my old opti and water pump and it ran fine.

Looking at your plug wires doesn't tell you if they are ok, you need to test them with an ohmmeter. Bad wires can cause symtoms just like yours, I know because my car ran just like yours, ran good cold and when it warmed up it missed. ICM can also cause the same kind of problems when it gets warmed up.
