Default Took it out today

The car has been sitting since the beginning of October. The insurance is off of it so I just started it and drove around the subdivision alittle. Thought it was a good idea to get it up to operating temp and move all the gears, fluids around. It felt good to be back in it again, cant wait till spring

Niiiice!

When my car was under the knife i would always just sit in my car with my helmet on , it was fun to me. Gave you the feeling of being at the track again.

To bad that feeling wont be around for a long time.

Tony.

I hear ya. I only put 700 miles on mine this year because I was doing the engine. It sat all year and by the time I got it back on the road, it was almost time to put it away.

Who am I kidding it sat while it was running too.

I thought I was weird for doing that myself. But now I know it's ok, I guess.

Once again

It really is fun though IMO, when you drive an intrepid for a year and then you get to sit in a car that once used to be fast. That 10 minutes is life changing.

I think we all sit in ours..
When I came back from Iraq, I sait in it for a little bit. It had a blown Head Gasket then, so it didn't go anywhere, but it was over 4 months of not seeing it.
Then I killed it at Memphis a couple of months later, sat in it some more when it was dead..
Now it rides again

I was at a party at a friends house, my blown head gasket car was in their garage. I kept catching **** for me glancing at the garage every few minutes with a sad look on my face. lol
