lt1 problem!!!

i have a 94 lt1 thats been in my daily driver for years now. ive been noticing a lack of power and kinda surging when getting into the pedal . today it just started to have a really delayed throttle response and if you 3\4 gas it from idle in park it backfires alittle bit.and like i said a very noticable hesitation when revving it up. almost like if the timing was retarded. it idles fine and drives fine but when playing with the gas or revving it up its definitely sickly. please help..anybody.. is this a possible opti prob?

are you running the full harness and pcm for it to possible have it scanned for codes.

yeah its got the full harness but ive been having a problem pulling codes.and the plugs are good no missing just seems to be stumbling when revved

Check your fuel pressure. Could be a faulty fuel pressure regulator. Happened to me this summer. Just a thought.

i have no cats, filter was changed last year...but definitely a good possibility. i will try checking the fuel system out.
