Personally, I would go with a CO2 extinguisher... doesn't really hurt electronics (unlike PKP), doesn't react with electricity.. is fairly good against class A, B, and C fires. Then again, a class C pretty much puts itself out as soon as power is removed.. just have to deal with whatever else ignited.
Note to self: get fire bottle for car.
