injectors?
Sorry, but I probably spend way much more time in my lap top than you do. I have run the same basic combination for a bunch of years and I know what works on my cars.
Is this "seat of the pants" or hard data. Dyno or race track?

Wow, way to make an assumption not knowing me at all.... FWIW I tune with HPTuners for our local F-body club, and this includes, H/C, H/C/N20 setups, strokers, S/C apps and turbo'd apps. The 400-430RWHP range is based on an M6 (A4 numbers will be LOWER at 100%DC) and a DYNOJET, not SOTP as well as the local 1320.
You will also find that the tuning experiences and collective knowledge here agree with those numbers.
The stock 28lbers with good pressure CANNOT support much over 430RWHP on a good day safely.
I'm not really trying to argue with you, I just don't wanna see people keep their stock injectors on the word of your post. Peep see the injector calculator here to help make your decision: http://www.rceng.com/technical.htm
For the record. I run Stock Eliminator, so my scope is mostly limited to that. I have yet to get to the point that I needed bigger injectors than 24 lbs, but I have only run mid tens N/A @ 3200-3300 lbs. I know of at least one LT4 Top Stock car that ran 9.8's with 24 lb injectors N/A @ 2900 lbs. There are probably 80+ Stockers that can run in the tens all day long that run 24 lb injectors. Maybe we have some kind of voodoo majic going on?
Take Care,
