Default Temp problem!

well ever since i replaced my heads my car runs awsome until i drive in traffic or stop and go or just idling then the temp jumps up rather quickly and the performance goes down big time it seems to stutter when i step on it and feels like its losing power but if i let it cool down its runs perfect again, what could this be?

Could you have installed the head gasked backwards? As in the right gasket for the corrent bacnk but upside down?

So, it heats up sitting still and moving slowly?

How is your cooling system looking?.... Fans turn on right? Coolant level? Did your brother leave the coolant line that comes from the back of the heads to the TB? That return line is important. check in front of your radiator too and make sure its not all clogged up with debris.
