Default Which one?

Magnaflow or Loudmouth?

i know they are kind of polar opposites but i can't decide..

does anyone know the decibel level differences between stock and each of those? I don't plan on doing headers or ORY anytime soon but i also want something that will be easy to install.

Just letting you know in case you didn't, but there's a thread on here somewhere that has a lot of sound clips of all kinds of different exhausts and setups. There's a site too, but I don't have the link.

When I purchased my MagnaFlow cat-back it was to nice to install it really needed to be displayed in the living room. It bolted right up the only thing I would recommend was I welded the pipe that joins in the area of a cross member. Until I welded it the clamp would occasionally bang on the cross member. I also had it warrantied with 60,000 miles on it because a baffle came loose in the muffler. I am running no cat with headers and I have heard these are about the quietest of all. No cops all summer. I do have a clip of it.
All hangers mounted right to the existing factory equipment.

Magna Flow Exhaust.

You could alwasy put a cut out on a Magnaflow, you really cant quite down a LM, and LM are cool for the 1st couple days, then it gets old real quick.

The LM isnt that bad on stock manifolds. I have it and longtubes and it's not even that loud to me now. Although it doesnt sound very good just cruising...it sound awesome at idle and WOT.

If you have plans of going with longtubes I would get the magnaflow...b/c it sounds awesome with both manifolds and lt's.

I had a hooker catback for about a year until I couldn't stand it anymore. I literally could not hear it at idle. Just put on a LM the other day and love it. My friend has a LM so I knew what I was getting into.
It's your decision. I could make a sound clip if you want. I have LTs and cats, so you will need those to know the outcome.
