What length pushrods are you using, or would recommend. Also what brand? Part number?

yea the heads are milled .010 and im going to be using the impala gaskets

lol i know, but ive done a few searchs on them, and there where horror stories about the coating comming off in the packaging? what gasket are you running with ur setup?

ok so i ordered most of the remaining items i needed today. what about head bolts?? which bolts should i get? i noticed on thunder racing's site they had two diff. sets. one was like 60 bucks and the other was 130.

$60 = Hex head bolts
$130 = 12pt head bolts

The hex head bolts will work just fine.

Just get a set of ARP hex head bolts. No need for 12 point.

The imp ones are great if you can find them. The Mr Gasket ones are thinner so they will improve everything for you, but they are also hard as hell to get out of the package in one piece.
