Default Progress on the LSX Harness Conversion

Took my Harness today to one of the guys in the local area who tunes. What I had did was take a LS1 Harness, and make it a direct plug-in into a 1995 LT1 Car. Then I got ahold of a 2002 LS1 PCM out of a TA to use. Hooked it all up, turned the Key on, and blew the PCM Ignition Fuze instantly. We were, however, able to pull the Tune out of the Computer. That means progress, goal achieved.
As far as the Fuze, it is the PCM Ignition circuit. What I think caused it was that the grounds for all that stuff in the Harness were not grounded cause they bolt to the back of the Drivers side Head on the LS motor.
Hey Rhino, if you read this, I think it is that. I know I mentioned it up there. If it isn't, it's one thing out from narrowing it down, but I think it is. The one ground on the Chassis was for the PCM itself, but all the major stuff(Ignition, Injectors, Trans, etc..) was not grounded.
The hard part is done, just a little bit of trouble shooting now. All I need is the Motor...

Don't have any idea why the fuse would blow, but this plug ang play harness sounds fun.
I've never been under the hood of a LS1, is the PCM the same dimensions?? What all had to be changed, sounds like it may be easier to do a LS1 swap down the road if you don't want to change the whole harness.

The PCM goes into the same spot, the plastic bracket even uses the same bolts and holes. My goal is to make it a direct plug-in swap. The K-member has to be changed, and some things have to be done with the Fuel Lines. Anything can be built, the wiring is tha pain..

Actually, I am looking for a set of Coil Packs off of a 6.0l Truck Engine.
I think you might be reading it wrong, I am not putting a LS1 Harness on the LT1, I am dropping a built LSX 402 in to the Car, and making the Harness a direct plug-in to the LT1 Car.

That's what I did, I re-wired a 1999 Harness to fit the Car, and I am using a 2002 PCM.

I guess.
The LT1 Car is a little easier to work with than that Falcon, everthing Electronic is there. So far it is working, we were able to pull the Tune, and some of the fuses blew cause them curcuits were not grounded. The right Fuses blew though, so I wired something right. I know I can tune it, that's one of the more important things

yea, there is not a single original wire left from the falcon, i basically started from scratch, even used the camaro gauge cluster witch actually simplified things. how are you planing on tuning it, or have you already tuned before? i had good luck with cats tuner

We were using EFI Live connecting through the Data Link under the Steering Wheel, it picked up all the info no problem. I had to trace a wire to make sure it was there(pin #2 on the Data Link Connector) and then run the Serial Data wire from the Computer to it on the connections under the Dash. I can tune it any way I want, no problems there.
From what I gather, as long as the right signal wires are going to the Gauge Cluster(Speed, Tach, etc..), that thing will display everything correctly once I get it tuned.
