Default ac problem found what is this piece
this piece is by the pcm and is for the ac controls

what do i call this and will just a 3 way "T fitting" work or does it have to be shaped like this? btw the fitting is broken off

its a check valve and filter.

If that's not hooked up, your AC won't work. I can't remember exactly how it works.

It controls the Vents also.. mine is screwed up somewhere, the only ones that work are the Winshield and Feet, and the ones in the sides of the Doors. The others haven't worked since I have bought the car. It's some kind of default setting..

Defrost is where no vacuum setting. Its a safety setting. Vacuum units are so 90's everything is now stepper motors.

I think the floor Heater Functions also, it was in a GM Manual.
