If you're going to get the car tuned, its often suggested to put it in because it just helps with the PCM detecting false knock.

i believe it will help mine because i think mine has some false knock. It pulls HARD 'til it hits 4K RPM's and it starts to buck and lag. So i'm doing the LT4KM, fuel pump, and new opti to fix it. Should help a little though~Cole~

Problem is no one at the parts stores knows what cars they're in. 96 Corvette had the LT4. (Yes, as did the Firehawk, but thats not in their systems)

I am running the LT4 module as well. I remember reading on how somebody had a problem with it, and once they removed their problems went away. Anybody know about this thread?

I have had no problems with mine, and got it from some online dealership. (cant remember the name)

Just a couple bolts to take out the PCM on the passenger side under the cowl and a bolt or two to take off a small cover once it's out and the old one pops out and the new one plugs in.
