throttle body by-pass?
It can be done without even getting any kind of parts. Like mentioned above, just remove the section that attaches on the Dirvers side, and run it straight to the metal tube along side of the Intake. I did mine a little different when I rebuilt my Engine, took care of it completely.

Just pull the front on off and plug it with some automotive caps. Go to lowes and get a brass connector and some 3/8 inch fuel line. Then disconnect the return line from the T fitting up high and plug it with a bolt. Take your new peice and that brass fitting and run it from the old hose to the T fitting where the return went. I am not sure if any of that made since, in that I just woke up. But I hope it helps.

I noticed the difference, you get more throttle response.
EDIT: Oh and my 93 was a breeze. Took a 3/4 hose butt connector and 2 hose clamps. $4 and 5mins of work. But mine is TPI style TB still. 94+ changed it a lil bit. My factory hoses were long enough where I could ziptie them to the radiator support cowl, away from everything.

As for the coolant, cooling the TB off. I really doubt that the coolant helps that at all. I mean once you are moving and all the air from the radiator and fans is right there at it. I really doubt there will be an issue there. So many people do it on here and I haven't heard of a problem yet.
(But I could be wrong, I just did the TB Bypass this past December...so we will see)
