What grit sand paper should I use? 200?

i got ceramic coated headers and well i had a badass oil leak ruined hte pass side so im gonna sand both and the y pipe later this year and was leaning towards the grey VHT coating any good stuf about VHT??

how long did u wait to torch it I got a 1500 degree heat gun i could hit it with... also do i have to get it blasted i got sandblasting

Dont really have an exact time, but I think the more you attemp to cure the paint before they go on the car the better the results.
