sounds like their focusing too much on that 100 shot to me.. and a 100shot doesnt really need a nitrous cam, am i right?

Comps tech line is not known for being particularly competent. Do yourself a big favor and call a LT1 specialist vendor and let them help you with the cam selection.

With the mild stall I would also probably look at less intake duration.
Like z_speedfreak said too, sounds like they were focusing on the baby shot and you really do not need to consider it when picking a cam, maybe if you were running twice that much but then the heads wouldn't move enough air to support it anyway.

I can't really get a straight answer from anyone. I have a book and everything, but I am still just starting to learn. I don't want to make a guess that I'm not happy with.

The cam thunder racing told me to go with was the

comp cams xfi
466 (218/224 .570/.565 113lsa)
or
467 (230/236 .576/.570 113lsa)

if your heads are not worked on... those cam are to big. You might get away with the 218/224 but the lift is to big
