He could mill the heads .060" without a intake fitting problem. The Trick Flow castings are 64 cc from the factory. For every .006" milled that equals 1 cc removed. That is why TEA probably doesn't advertise below 56 cc cumbution chambers. I would contact TEA and talk to them about the possible misfitting of the intake. I would personally try to get a thicker deck surface from the Trick Flows. Which ever way that 95FbFormula goes he will get a quality cylinder head port design.

I think the 200CC AI heads are the right way to go but if you want to consider the Trickflows AI handles them too.
Far as the guys claiming a .060 cut before intake problems I think they are calling actual problems bolting things together as the point of "problems" begining but reality is there will be missalignment before that.
The AI 200cc heads are showing GREAT results on 355s so no worries.

i saw a video of a solid roller with the AI 200 heads and that thing layed down 480 at the wheels. granted the solid roller and a few other things are different, but that was the most impressive setup on stock heads i've ever seen. the video is in the thread where everyone is posting there favorite videos....freakin sweet. if i hadn't already bought my AFRs, they would have been the guys that would have gotten my business.

Actually i will probably get the AI cam with the heads forgot to add that in the last post, but I am undecided yet I have to ask around to see what can be made for my set-up and how I want it. I am sure AI makes awesome cams I am just still searching through the forum on information. Either way I will not be disappointed.

AI cams are 8620 induction hardened billet steel, many other cams are much lower quality cast core cams.
