Default Accuracy of factory Tach...

I was just curious if anyone knows how far off are the factory tachs around 6k-6500? I had problems with it stop making power at 5600 on a mobile dyno.. I was wondering if when I let off at 6k-6200 in the car if it really was 5600? Any info would be greatly appreciated..

Mine is off by about 200 rpm at first and gets worse as the RPM rise.
