Hey, how is the snow up there in Rodchester.. I am originally from the Lake George area, I am stationed in Arkansas. Clear and Sunny, mid 70's here..

Merv, have you drove your car in the rain with those tires? I'm contemplating on MT ET Street radials or Goodyear Eagle GS-D3's. Only thing is the GS-D3's will be shipped 3/30/07 but I can get the ET Streets right away. I'm trying to go to the strip sometime March, not April. I DD this car, so I didn't know if the ET Streets would be safe. I can always stay under 45mph if it rains. Most/all of my driving is in 35mph zones. I never drove it in the rain with the ET Streets. I wouldn't recommend them for a DD tire, look what happened to mine. They did grip though, that **** was glued to the ground.
Today I ordered a Motive 3.73 Ring and Pinion, and an installation kit from Summit. Tomorrow is pulling the Tranny, and getting that to the shop to get built. It will be back..

looks like time to get a girdle for both rearends.those things will buy you some time.go for some gm gears and set them up tight about .004 break them in easy.trick is to keep for gears riding on the edge of the teeth.then you will have a better chance rearend survival.but then again it is a 7.5 good luck the only reason i suggest this is because i have run this set up through two sets of m/t drag radials 4500 stall and about 400 rwhp and still not a peep from the rearend

Try having to buy almost everything in the rear end.... $850 for parts, i'd be happy if it was only $275.
