Default Busted a oil pan bolts...

i put my oil pan on my BRAND new freakin' motor....and i dont know how tight they should be since i dont havea torque wrench. Well it still moved so, i kept turnign it until SNAP! The head broke off.....should i tap it and get the bolts out, or apply black RTV where the bolt had broken off to protect against leaks?

How do i fix this problem?

Yes, get the bolt out of the block. You should be able to remove the pan without problems to get at it, right? Just go get an easy-out from AutoZone or Advance and take care of the problem.

You should be able to find a similar bolt at a hardware store. If not, I'll send you one. I've got extras.
