Hey guys putting a 94 lt1 into my 91 s10 and have a couple questions. THe guys on the s10 forums arnt much help... I am wanting to know a couple wiring questions, I am not worried about gauges, what is the main wires i need to know to get it powered up and running... on my truck I have the starter wire, power to the cab, hot coil wire sorted out? is this all I need? the ecu is a from a m6 car.


I am going to be using a full manual th350 trans, Can I use a stock camaro auto flexplate, and converter?????? thanks

 

Your Orange is hot all the time, Pink is hot with the Key on, Black/white is the Grounds, and then figure out which ones go to the Gauges.

 

You can probably use the Camaro flexplate, although it might have to be redrilled. You will need a TH350 specific converter. The 4L60E/700R4 converter will not work on a TH350.

 

Yes, you can use the factory flexplate but the converter cannot be used. Goodluck Later Clint
