Default My MAP sensor has flatlined

Got to do some longer distance driving today and my MAP showed 10 kpa the whole time. Idle, cruise, does not matter, 10 Kpa all the time. Drivability is better than the last MAP I had, but still not great. I'm kinda thinking it's a wiring problem on the pigtail, but it's at the aligment shop tonight. What else would cause one to flatline, be unresponsive?

MAP sensor has three wires: grey 5 volt reference, light green signal, black ground. Turn the key on test for the 5 volts at the sensor, then engine off signal should read close to 5 volts start the engine and should be close to 1 volt. If thats good then goto the pcm and test pin #23 light green (#22 is dark blue #24 is empty) for the same signal voltage as at the sensor. If its not there you have a wiring problem, if it is your pcm is screwed. Good luck.
