With your fuel system in good working order, you'll be able to run a 150 shot safely for quite a while. Just make sure you a/f is safe on a wideband before you start spraying the crap out of it. I've been running a 100 shot on my car for over a year and I only had one hiccup when it leaned out a little too much, but everything else has been fine.
It is a good rule of thumb to get a new in-tank pump (Racetronix/Walboro 255lph) and that'll be able to support any fuel you'll be needing for a 150 shot and up.
Just check and double check it all before you start spraying a lot, and your car will have many many bottles to be used in its future.
Just listen to everyone when they say to make sure the fuel is up to par. I have all the safety requirements and that is most likely why I havent had any issues.
